the needed maintenance was lacking. Overall, I appreciated the attentive service from Adil Sheikh, who helped make our stay pleasant despite some minor issues. The food in-room dining was surprisingly excellent, just a tad slow at times.

The hotel had a sophisticated ambiance, with friendly staff providing top-notch service. However, the check-in process felt delayed, and the food was overpriced and disappointing in taste. But I found the gym well-equipped and appreciated the great support from the staff, notably Kaushik and Pravesh.

I genuinely enjoyed the culinary experience at the hotel, particularly when I visited the food fest they hosted. The chef prepared a dessert I can’t forget, it was like a chocolate dream come true, rich and delectable!

We spent 10 nights at this place, the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant. Our room was cozy, but pretty small for what we expected. Got a chance to enjoy the bar/lounge area, which was nice. Just had a couple of issues with in-room dining, the service was kinda slow at times. Overall, a decent stay.

The hotel seems a bit isolated, requiring a 10-minute walk to the nearest shops, which can be inconvenient. It's not exactly an airport hotel, as it takes almost an hour to reach the airport, so factor that in. Additionally, the swimming pool was closed for renovation, which was a letdown. A shoehorn would have been a welcome addition to the room amenities. The breakfast and dinner buffet lacked some western food options, making it feel a bit one-dimensional.

Had a comfy stay in a standard king room with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a minibar, and free toiletries. The staff was friendly and handled all my requests promptly. The fitness center was well-equipped and I enjoyed the outdoor pool with sun loungers. Wi-Fi worked well, too.
